Brigitte Egoavil

Brigitte Egoavil is a bilingual (EN/ES) People & Culture professional with extensive experience in HR operations and employee experience. Currently serving as the People and Culture Lead at EX Squared LATAM, Brigitte has previously held roles at FREENOW, where responsibilities included coordinating payroll and optimizing employee experience processes across multiple Latin American markets. Brigitte’s early career includes positions at MEDLIFE and Baker Hughes, a GE company, where they developed skills in onboarding, compliance, and employee management. Brigitte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from St. John's University and a specialized program in the same field from Universidad del Pacífico (PE).
