Nitya Sridhar

Nitya Sridhar currently holds a position in Product and GTM at Exa since July 2025. Prior to Exa, Nitya worked at Power from March 2024 to July 2025 in both Marketing and Business Operations as the first business operations hire, collaborating with early customers to develop scalable customer success playbooks. At Amgen from March 2022 to March 2024, Nitya advanced through roles including Senior Forecasting Analyst for Blincyto, Forecasting Associate for Repatha, and Data Science Associate on the Digital Health and Innovation Team. Nitya founded the NYU Economics Mentorship Program from July 2020 to June 2021 and served as an Analyst at WALO from May 2020 to August 2020. Nitya obtained a Bachelor's degree from New York University, graduating in May 2021, and completed high school at Singapore American School.
