Chip Virnig

Chip Virnig is a Partner at Thoma Bravo and has served on the boards of various companies, including Hyland, Imperva, and Dynatrace. They began their career as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch from 2006 to 2008, and later held board positions at multiple firms, such as Barracuda and Veracode, until 2022. Educated at Brown University, they graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Business Economics and Commerce, Organizations and Entrepreneurship, and are currently pursuing further studies in Business Strategy & International Business at The London School of Economics.
