Evan Butusov

Evan Butusov has held various roles in workforce management in companies such as ExactCare, Homesite Insurance, Diebold, Key Bank, and GE Money. At ExactCare, Evan currently serves as the Director of Workforce Capacity Management. During their time at Homesite Insurance, Evan was a WFM Supervisor responsible for contact center production, forecasting, staffing plans, budgeting, and reporting. At Diebold, Evan led the Managed Services Operations Center as a Service Operations Supervisor. Evan also has experience as a WFM Forecast Analyst and Dialer Manager/WFM Analyst in previous roles. Evan holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
