Joep Hoeks was appointed Chief Product Officer at Exact in March 2021. The executive team now consists of eight members. Before starting at Exact, Joep worked for the software company Unit4 Business Software, which he joined in 2011. He held various management positions in services, software development, product management & operations. He held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Unit4 Business Software from May 2019 onward. In his role as CPO at Exact, he is responsible for the strategic management of the various product lines, where functionality and ease of use are of paramount importance.
