Sam Koch has a diverse work experience. In 2009, Sam worked as a Ski Instructor and later as a Translator and Copywriter for Lipno Ski Resort. In 2016, Sam worked as a Sales Representative for Pepperminds, followed by a Sales and Marketing Intern role at Better Future Factory. In 2018, Sam returned to Pepperminds as a Sales Representative again. From 2019 to the present, Sam has been working at Exact, initially as a Customer Support Professional and later promoted to a Premium Customer Support Specialist in a Lead Support Role.

Sam Koch attended the Goldsmiths, University of London from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a foundation degree in History. From 2012 to 2017, they attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in European Studies. In addition, from 2014 to 2015, they also pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in European Studies at the Budapest Business University.
