Yael Shpak

Yael Shpak is a seasoned professional in User Experience Design with extensive experience, currently serving as the Manager of User Experience Design at Exact since September 2015. In this role, Yael leads a team of product and visual designers, focusing on enhancing user-friendly experiences across a variety of products. Previously, Yael held several pivotal roles at Exact, including Head of UX and Lead Designer & Researcher for Product UX. With a strong foundation in human factors engineering, evidenced by a PhD from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Yael has also contributed significantly to the field through roles at SAP, Technion, and various research centers, where a combination of user-centered design, research, and educational leadership was demonstrated.
