Tassianna Bai has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Her first job was as a Comissária de Voo for Transbrasil Airlines in 1999. TASSIANA then moved on to become an Assistente de Marketing for Seven Boys Ltda in 2006. Following this, they worked as an Executivo de Atendimento for Grupo Bandeirantes in 2011, an Executiva de Vendas for Peixe Urbano in 2013, an Executivo Comercial for JC Comunicações in 2014, Comercial e Marketing for GRUPO SG in 2015, Atendimento for Epilotto Comunicação in 2016, Coordenadora de Marketing for Escola da Cerveja in 2017, and a Move - Consultor de marketing for Autônomo in 2018. Most recently, they have been an Implementation Success Manager for Exact Sales since 2019.

Tassianna Bai completed their undergraduate studies at ESPM in 2007, majoring in Publicidade e Propaganda with an emphasis in Marketing. In 2008-2009, they obtained their post-graduate degree in Marketing Estratégico from ESPM. In 2018, they completed a course in Design Gráfico from Senac Informática. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: an Especialista e Planejamento de Marketing Digital from Escola do Marketing Digital in June 2018, and a Marketing Digital certification from 4ED in January 2018.
