Casey Carignan-Miller

Casey Carignan-Miller, CMP-HC, HMCC, currently serves as Associate Director of Conference & Operations Services at Exact Sciences, with a rich background in event management and operations. Casey's roles include Sr. Manager for Enterprise Conference Strategy & Execution and MLR/JRC Manager for the Screening Business Unit, overseeing the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review process.
