Gisela Pedroza

Gisela Pedroza, MBA, currently serves as Director of Pipeline & Portfolio Communications and Director of Internal Communications for Precision Oncology at Exact Sciences, where responsibilities include leading communications strategies. Previously, Gisela held the position of Associate Director of Internal Communications at Greenwich Biosciences, focusing on executive communications for the CEO. Prior experience includes roles at Medtronic as Senior Manager of Global Communications and Corporate Marketing, where Gisela led executive communications initiatives, and at Edwards Lifesciences, where management of employee communications efforts significantly increased engagement. Gisela's early career also includes communications roles at Sony Electronics, Entrepreneur Magazine, and KVEA-TV Telemundo. Gisela holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from UC Irvine, along with study abroad experience at Universitat de Barcelona.
