Zak Manes

Zak Manes, MBA, is an accomplished professional with a strong background in compliance and transparency operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Transparency, Systems, & Compliance Operations at Exact Sciences since March 2020, Zak has previously held positions within the same company, including Associate Director and Transparency and Compliance Sr. Manager. Prior experience includes roles at GE Healthcare where Zak was the Global IPP & Transparency Manager and the Americas Regional Manager for Transactional Compliance, as well as at GE Capital, leading a team focused on cash process controls. Zak began their career at the Catherine McAuley Center as a volunteer English (ESL) tutor. Educationally, Zak holds a B.S.B.A in Finance from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Mt. Mercy University.
