Melina Mühlenpfordt

Melina completed her Master’s degree in Molecular Life Sciences at the University Medical Center Hamburg Eppendorf in Germany where she worked within Infection Immunology. She is currently finishing her PhD in medical technology at NTNU working in close collaboration with EXACT Therapeutics on ACT® – Acoustic Cluster Therapy – for improved treatment of cancer and brain diseases. She has extensive experience in preclinical research having worked on translatable and innovative therapeutic concepts within oncology, neurology, immunology and infectious diseases from academia and industry including working for Novo Nordisk.
