Susana Furtado

Susana Furtado has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Exact x Forestall Group since December 2013. Prior to this role, Susana held the position of Director of Human Resources at CIPOL - Companhia Internacional de Petróleos, S.A. from May 2011 to December 2013, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies, policies, and programs, managing employee satisfaction, and overseeing talent management. Susana also worked at Lavazza Group - Sogefran SA from August 2005 to May 2011 as Head of Human Resources, focusing on payroll processing, compliance, and internal communication. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Coordinator at VivaMais, where tasks involved performance evaluation and training implementation. Susana holds a Licenciatura in Human Resource Management and a postgraduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
