Debra Kominiak

Debra Kominiak is currently the Payroll and Benefits Manager at Exactech, a role held since March 2021, where responsibilities include processing biweekly payroll and creating documentation for payroll procedures, FMLA and LOA tracking, and termination processes, along with identifying areas for improvement and implementing audit controls. Prior to this, from August 1986 to December 2020, Debra served as the Director of Payroll and HRIS at Stein Mart, managing a team of payroll specialists and overseeing payroll processing across 33 states, while collaborating with finance, IT, and HR for data accuracy and compliance. Debra has extensive experience in managing stock plan administration, HRIS implementations, and providing audit support for compliance, contributing significantly to the conversion from JDEdwards to Infinium HRIS.
