Amber Britton

Amber Britton is the current Benefits & Payroll Manager at National Center for State Courts. Amber has over 15 years of experience working in human resources.

Amber started their career in 1996 as a Human Resources Assistant III at Wisconsin Resource Center DHFS. Amber then became the Human Resources Director at Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility in 2000. In 2002, they took on the role of Assistant Director at Waters of East Aurora. And in 2003, they became HR Assistant at Calspan Corporation, where they worked until 2007.

Since 2007, Amber has been with National Center for State Courts. In their current role, they manage the benefits and payroll for the organization.

Amber Britton has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and they are certified from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans as a Group Benefits Associate and from HRCI as a Professional in Human Resources. Amber is also certified from SHRM as a SHRM-Certified Professional.
