Thomas Vanasse

Thomas Vanasse has extensive work experience in the field of engineering, specifically focused on upper extremities. Thomas started their career at DePuy Orthopaedics as a Product Development Co-op for the Hip Group from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Orthopedic Research Laboratories, University of Michigan. Subsequently, they joined Biomet as a Product Development Engineer for Upper Extremities, working from 2006 to 2011. Thomas then took on the role of Senior Product Development Engineer at Biomet from 2011 to 2015. Since 2015, Thomas has been with Exactech, where they initially served as an Engineering and Development Manager for Upper Extremities until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they took on the position of Sr. Engineering Manager for Upper Extremities, and starting from 2020, they have been the Director of Engineering for Upper Extremities at Exactech.

Thomas Vanasse holds a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006.
