Wade White

Wade White is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Manager of IT Services at Exactech since October 2017, where responsibilities include managing the Helpdesk Ticketing System with a focus on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and developing ITIL-focused policies and procedures. Previously, Wade held the positions of IT Service Delivery Supervisor and I.S.
