Shawn Ironmonger

Shawn Ironmonger has extensive work experience in various roles related to engineering, product management, and innovation. Shawn is currently the Director of Engineering & Product Management at Exactera since March 2021. Before that, they worked at Paycor as a Manager of Product Management from July 2016 to March 2021. Previously, they held the position of Director of Product at Verb Inc. from 2015 to 2016. Shawn also co-founded MassVenture and served as the Head of Product in 2015. Ironmonger has a strong background in software product management and engineering, having worked at AMD for several years in different roles such as Software Product Manager, Strategic Infrastructure Engineer, and Software Engineer. Shawn started their career as a Product Development Engineering Coop at AMD in 2006 and later had similar roles in 2005. Prior to their time at AMD, they gained experience as a Product Engineering Coop at GE Appliances in 2004 and as an Innovation Engineering Coop in 2003.

Shawn Ironmonger completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University, which spanned from 2002 to 2007. In 2017, Shawn obtained the Pragmatic Marketing - Foundations Certification and the Focus Certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
