Fima Katz

Fima Katz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and business development. Katz has held the position of Executive Chairman at Exadel since March 1998 and also served as CEO. Katz founded Appery.io, a leading low-code mobile development platform, and led it from October 2010 to May 2016. At OpenSource Lab, from April 2004 to October 2009, Katz was instrumental in creating and marketing a world-class set of open source products, achieving a prominent position in the industry. From March 1999 to November 2003, Katz founded and managed LoanExcel, the first online end-to-end mortgage origination solution, which was sold to ABN AMRO Bank in 2002. Earlier career experiences include serving as Chief Architect at Bank of America from 1994 to 1998 and IT Manager at Wells Fargo Bank in 1993-1994. Educational background includes schooling at School #6 in Vilnius.
