Guilherme Silva has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a focus on DevOps. Guilherme is currently working at Exadel as the Digital Services - Brazil Delivery Director. Prior to this role, they worked at Accenture | SolutionsIQ as a Business Agility Enablement Manager. Guilherme also had a long career at Accenture, where they held various roles such as Advanced Engineering - DevOps Manager, DevOps Specialist, DevOps Senior Analyst, Mainframe Full Analyst, and Mainframe Analyst. Before joining Accenture, they worked at Banco Nossa Caixa S.A. as a Bank Clerk and briefly served as an Associate Bank Manager. Guilherme's career began at Intertek, where they worked as a Tests Analyst. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategy, project management, delivery, DevOps adoption, and solution architecture.

Guilherme Silva completed their education at the University of São Paulo from 2003 to 2006, earning a degree in Information Technology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Lean Inception Facilitator, Kanban Management Professional II, Kanban Management Professional I, and ITIL v3 Foundation.
