Gytis Sušinskas

Gytis Sušinskas is an accomplished Program Manager and Delivery Director at Exadel since April 2015, where Gytis leads over 40 teams with more than 500 members in the development of an innovative Tax Platform, optimizing processes and creating Power BI dashboards for reporting purposes. Prior experience includes managing a 15-team program at Exadel and serving as Senior Project Manager, overseeing various successful software projects. Gytis held the position of Deputy Director for Software Development and Product Manager at Penkių Kontinentų bankinės technologijos, as well as Head of Project Management Department at Penkių kontinentų komunikacijų centras and Project Manager at UAB PepperIT. Gytis began the career as Manager of Advertising at Diena Media Web and briefly interned as a Web Developer at Knowledge Plaza. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from Vilniaus universitetas, along with foundational training from Viesiejai Technology and Business school.
