Mikhail Andrushkevich

Mikhail Andrushkevich has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mikhail started their career as a QA engineer at ScienceSoft in 2001 and worked there until 2004. Mikhail then joined Invention Machine as a support engineer, test automation engineer, and QA engineer from 2004 to 2006. Starting in 2006, Mikhail joined Exadel and held various roles, including Department Manager, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Senior Delivery Manager, and currently serves as the Vice President of Delivery since August 2019.

Mikhail Andrushkevich obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 1997 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, they hold various certifications in agile and project management, including Certified SAFe 5 Release Train Engineer, Professional Scrum with Kanban I, Scaled Professional Scrum, and Professional Scrum Product Owner I, among others.
