Ryszard Mika

Ryszard Mika's work experience includes serving as Delivery Director at Exadel starting in 2022. Ryszard also worked at SoftServe as Delivery Director & Agile Trainer from 2018 to 2022, where they held various roles such as Delivery Leader & Agile Trainer, Senior Project Manager & Agile Trainer & PMO Partner, and Project Manager. Ryszard also worked at Roche as a Project Manager / Scrum Master from 2020 to 2021 and at Credit Suisse as an IT Project Manager from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Atos as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator from 2015 to 2017. Ryszard also has experience as a Project Manager (volunteer) at the Project Management Institute from 2016 to 2017. Ryszard began their career at Mobile Factory S.A. as a Product Manager and Senior Marketing Specialist from 2011 to 2013.

Ryszard Mika studied Informatics and Econometrics at Wroclaw University of Economics. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Professional Scrum Product Owner I, SAFe 5 Agilist, and several SAP certifications. Ryszard also holds certifications in project management methodologies such as Prince2, AgilePM, and PMI-ACP. Ryszard's education also includes ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
