Ludovic Olivier (CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, MCITP, MCSA, MCTS)

Ludovic Olivier is an experienced IT professional with extensive work experience in information security. Ludovic currently holds the position of Vice President Information Security / CISO / RSSI at exagens, where they are responsible for establishing and maintaining governance and compliance practices, as well as developing policies, standards, processes, and metrics to comply with business and regulatory requirements. Ludovic reports directly to the CEO and is leading efforts to achieve SOC2 type I and type II certification.

Prior to their current role, Ludovic worked as the Chief Information Security Officer / Director Information Security at Logibec, where they had a diverse range of responsibilities. These included providing product and management support, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, managing a team of IT security experts, and overseeing information security management and compliance activities.

Before Logibec, Ludovic held the position of Chief Information Security Officer / Director Information Security at Vision7 Communications Inc. (Cossette, EDC, V7M......) for eight years. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic direction of IT security, including establishing and maintaining sustainable governance structures, defining security projects, and serving on security committees within the company.

Ludovic's work experience also includes a role as a Senior IT Security Consultant at CGI, where they worked on various projects related to security policies, best practices, and the implementation of security solutions. Additionally, they worked as an IT Manager at Ria Financial France and Assistant Manager IT at BPCE International et Outre-mer - Banque des Mascareignes, gaining experience in areas such as security policy development, server administration, network management, and user support.

In 2014, they earned the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)², specializing in information technology. In the same year, Ludovic obtained the Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certifications from Microsoft.
