Helen Li

Helen Li has been working in the software engineering and data engineering fields since 2014. Helen began their career at Google as a Senior Software Engineer, where they applied machine learning research in genomics and specialized in performance tooling and optimization. In 2021, they joined Exai Bio as Senior Director of Software and Data Engineering, where they work on the company's platform that delivers clinical insight into cancer biology from non-invasive blood samples. In this role, they are responsible for data processing, data privacy, and security.

Helen Li completed their Bachelor's degree of science in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2014. Helen also obtained two certifications: Statistics for Genomic Data Science from Coursera in January 2019 and Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in July 2018.
