Lucia Payo Molina

Lucia Payo Molina has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Lucia is currently working as the CTO & Co-Founder at exakt health since March 2021. Previously, they worked at N26, starting in July 2017. Lucia initially held the role of Senior Android Developer from January 2017 to June 2017. Then, they became the Android Technical Lead from July 2017 to August 2019, where they managed and coached a team of engineers and played a key role in defining the initial tech vision. From September 2019 to March 2021, they served as the Principal Mobile Engineer at N26. Before N26, Lucia worked at Futurice as an Android Developer from November 2012 to November 2016, where they gained expertise in reactive functional programming and worked with popular libraries. Lucia also completed internships at Vodafone, from November 2011 to August 2012, where they developed Android applications and worked with technologies such as NFC and QR codes. Additionally, Lucia had a scholarship role at Carlos III, where they contributed to the development of an e-learning platform using virtual world technology and various web technologies from June 2010 to September 2010.

From 2004 to 2012, Lucia Payo Molina attended the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they pursued a MEng in Telecommunications Engineering. During their studies, their main focus was on Telecommunication Networks and Systems.
