Sean Baldino

Sean Baldino is a seasoned professional in operations management and project execution with a strong background in military leadership and training. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Examinetics, Sean provides leadership and support to regional personnel while driving quality and consistency. Previously, Sean dedicated 25 years to the US Navy, culminating in the role of Senior Chief Petty Officer, where responsibilities included project management, talent acquisition, and the oversight of significant training programs. Sean’s extensive experience encompasses personnel management, operational excellence, and system maintenance in technologically demanding environments. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus and has completed various military training programs.
