Natallia Zhur

Natallia Zhur is currently serving as a Compliance Technology Officer at EXANTE since February 2021, where responsibilities include identifying regulatory standards for software development, managing compliance programs, engaging with internal stakeholders, and participating in strategy development for procedural enhancements. Previous roles at EXANTE included Customer Support Quality Assurance and Customer Support Representative, where Natallia focused on quality monitoring, customer satisfaction, and technical support in English and Russian. Earlier experience includes positions at Viber as a Customer Support Representative, where user satisfaction was prioritized, and several marketing and finance trainee roles at JTI, encompassing document control and brand communication analysis. Natallia holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Belarusian State University and has further training in relevant fields from TeachMeSkills and IT Academy.
