Marta Kacperek

Marta Kacperek has over 10 years of work experience. Marta is currently working as a Senior HR Specialist at EXATEL since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ONE House from March 2020 to January 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Specialist. From May 2014 to January 2020, Marta worked at NAJ International Executive Search & Leadership Solutions as a Senior Search Consultant. Marta also held the roles of Search Consultant from May 2012 to April 2014 and Junior Search Consultant from December 2011 to April 2012 at the same company. Before that, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Instytut Badania Opinii "Homo Homini" sp. z o.o. from May 2011 to September 2011. Marta started their career as a Consultant at Quality Watch in October 2008 and was promoted to Junior Consultant in June 2010. Marta worked there until February 2011.

Marta Kacperek completed their undergraduate studies in Sociology from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie from 2006 to 2012, earning a Magister (Mgr) degree. In 2022, they enrolled in Kozminski University to pursue a postgraduate degree in HR Business Partner. Marta has also obtained additional certifications, including one in MARCUS E-COMMERCE - channels, tools, strategy from ONE House in November 2021 and another in interpersonal communication, stress reduction techniques, and managerial coaching from WellCome Institute in July 2021.
