Phoebe Persey

Phoebe Persey (Assoc CIPD) is an accomplished HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and strategic people management. Currently serving as Lead, HR Business Partner & Employee Relations at Saputo Inc. since September 2020, Phoebe has progressed through various HR roles within the company, including Senior Advisor and HR Advisor. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Consultant in the FMCG and Consumer sector at Michael Page from May 2019 to September 2020. Educational qualifications encompass a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management expected in December 2024, a Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management completed in December 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Portsmouth (2016-2019), along with A Level studies in History, Government & Politics, and Psychology at Reigate College (2014-2016).
