Martyna Tracz

Martyna Tracz has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Martyna started their career at ABZ Energia as a Specialist in Energy Efficiency, where they conducted energy efficiency audits for businesses and provided recommendations for reducing energy consumption and costs. Martyna then transitioned to Transition Technologies S.A. as a Business Analyst, where they served as the main analyst and Product Owner for web billing and CRM applications in the energy, gas, and LNG markets. Currently, Martyna is working at Exatel as an IT Analyst, primarily involved in R&D projects for telecommunications. Their responsibilities include functional and non-functional requirement analysis, documentation creation in UML notation, technical research, and collaboration with project teams and stakeholders. Martyna also contributes to internal initiatives by modeling and optimizing business processes and implementing them.

From 2011 to 2015, Martyna Tracz attended Warsaw University of Technology. During this time, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Energetyka, specifically in the field of Inżynier.
