Alexandra Long, CFS, currently serves as Application Manager at GNT Group since October 2019, after previously holding the position of Application Specialist. Prior experience includes roles at Bimbo Bakeries USA as a Research and Development Associate II and Research and Development Associate I from October 2016 to October 2019. Alexandra also worked as a Food Scientist at Mondelēz International for a brief period in early 2016, and held a Quality Assurance Intern position at Barry Callebaut. Earlier internships include Application Scientist Intern at BASF in the Human Nutrition Group and Quality Assurance Lab Technician Intern at Turkey Hill Dairy. Alexandra began a leadership role as Unit Leader at Camp DeWitt in 2008. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Penn State University, completed in 2015, and graduated from Somerville High School in 2011.
