Lauren Hennelly

Lauren is a Transaction Services Associate at Exbo Group, assisting during all stages of the acquisition diligence transaction lifecycle. She is responsible for evaluating and validating the existing accounting associated with target companies, and delivering comprehensive financial analyses to clients.

Prior to joining Exbo Group, Lauren worked as an Audit Associate at Deloitte in the Financial Services practice with a client base consisting of multinational investment banks. During her time there, she gained experience auditing large-scale M&A activities. Prior to Deloitte, Lauren worked in Finance and Business Development at Northwell Health, as well as Wealth Management at Raymond James.

Lauren is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned her MS and BS in Accounting from the University of Miami where she worked as an IT consultant for the business school and graduated magna cum laude. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, fitness, and dogs.
