Cathryn Poole

Cathryn provides governance support and advice at both Board and local levels. She ensures that the Board fulfills its statutory responsibilities and there is proper scrutiny and transparency of all activities. Cathryn leads the development of the Trust’s governance framework driving constant improvement of systems, processes, and structures.
