Cfs Tyler Shepke

Tyler Shepke, CFS, currently serves as the Manager of Research and Development/Regulatory at Excalibur Seasoning since May 2013, overseeing all projects and regulatory requirements for a team of seven professionals, including food technologists and scientists. Previously, Tyler held positions as an R&D Food & Agricultural Chemist and a Food Scientist/Chemist, and worked as a Research Assistant at Illinois State University, focusing on alternative chemical synthesis routes involving sulfamethoxazole antibiotics and utilizing advanced chemical diagnostic equipment. Tyler earned a degree in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from Illinois State University in 2011.
