Shrouk Khaled

Shrouk Khaled is a Customer Service Representative at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait - Egypt since April 2024, and has also been actively working as a data entry specialist since October 2020. Shrouk has experience as a Technical Support Specialist at Exceed and briefly served as a Customer Service Assistant at Emirates NBD, where training was provided for one month. Additionally, Shrouk has been employed as an accountant at Shams since February 2020. Academically, Shrouk holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at Helwan University, and a diploma in Marketing from Cairo University, completed in 2023.
