Laura Armitage

Laura Armitage has extensive experience in human resources and governance within the education sector. Currently serving as a Co-Opted Governor at Old Bank Academy with Impact Education Multi Academy Trust since October 2024, Laura previously held the role of HR Business Partner and Human Resources Officer at Exceed Academies Trust since September 2018. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Appleton Academy under Bradford College Education Trust from April 2014 to September 2018 and working at the lewis group limited from October 1999 to January 2013 as an Administrator/Admin Team Leader. Laura's early career includes a position as Clerical Assistant at Victor Manufacturing in July 1999.
