Rob Lawson is an experienced business development professional currently serving as the Business Development Lead at Exceed (XCD Limited) since October 2012, where responsibilities include managing deepwater wells projects and delivering performance improvements in the Oil & Gas sector while prioritizing health, safety, and environmental standards. Prior to this role, Rob was a Senior Wireline Engineer at Schlumberger from December 2005 to January 2011, focusing on the acquisition and delivery of wellfield data to clients, ensuring adherence to corporate and client standards. Rob holds a Master of Earth Science degree in Geology/Earth Science from Cardiff University, obtained in 2004.
