Mary Washington-Daye

Ms. Mary Washington-Daye is a versatile Capture and Proposal Management professional, with more than 20 years’ experience in the Federal and Civilian marketplace. She is an Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) certified Proposal Manager and is also ITIL v3 Foundation level certified.

Ms. Washington-Daye has worked with small, medium, and large companies. She is trained in Shipley methodology for capture management, proposal development, and proposal writing. She employs ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma best practices for management processes and approaches. Ms. Washington-Daye has performed capture and proposal management for large dollar value contracts and specializes in compliance to customer’s requirements, proposal team direction, innovation, volume/section lead, and Shipley Business Development process.
