Guillermo Melara

Guillermo Melara has a diverse work experience spanning several reputable companies. Guillermo began their career as a Scales Representative at Chronos Richardson / Cardinal Detecto in 2000. After a year, they joined Taca International Airlines where they initially worked as a Project Leader for Alliances. Eventually, they took on the role of Financial Controller, responsible for budgeting processes and profitability analysis. In 2010, Guillermo transitioned to Avianca as the Director of Business Units and Financial Analysis, overseeing financial planning activities for various business units generating over $800 million in annual revenue. In 2017, they became the CFO at Digicel El Salvador before joining Excel Automotriz in 2018 as the Regional Finance Manager. Guillermo was later promoted to the role of CFO in 2019.
