Ben Ure has over a decade of experience in the educational field, currently serving as the Dean of Students at Excel Academy Public Charter School since November 2011. Prior to this role, Ben worked as a Teacher for the School District of Philadelphia from July 2009 to August 2011, where participation in the Teach For America Corps took place. Earlier professional experience includes teaching at the Missionary Training Center for the LDS Church from September 2005 to December 2008. Ben Ure holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
