Lamont Bell

Lamont Bell has extensive experience in education and social services, currently serving as Dean of Students and School Counselor at Metro Nashville Public Schools since August 2012. Prior to this role, Lamont worked as a Housing Investigator for the Human Rights Commission from August 2010 to June 2012 and as a Child Protective Services Investigator for the State of Tennessee from November 2006 to August 2010. Educationally, Lamont holds an Educational Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision, earned from Tennessee State University between 2016 and 2018, as well as a Master of Science in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services completed from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Lamont obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tennessee State University between 2003 and 2006.
