Declan Dooney

Declan Dooney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aviation and workforce management sectors. As the Founder and Managing Director of Excel Workforce since March 2024, Declan leads efforts to provide customizable workforce solutions. Prior to this, Declan served as Managing Director of Excel Aviation Ltd, Ireland's premier aviation staffing provider, since January 2011. Declan's career includes significant roles in recruitment at LaudaMotion GmbH and Simtech Aviation, alongside a commercial management position at Brookfield Aviation International. Declan's early career at Ryanair spanned over 16 years, focusing on health and safety and pilot recruitment. Declan holds a Diploma of Education in Human Resources Management and Services from the National College of Ireland.
