Melinda Coleman

Melinda Coleman, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director at Excel Constructors, Inc. since October 2014, overseeing HR functions for a Midwest-based general contractor specializing in diverse project types. Prior to this role, Melinda worked as Human Resources Manager at Upper Lake Processing Services and The Great Plains Laboratory, Inc., contributing to consumer loan processing and health testing sectors, respectively. Experience also includes a seasonal position as Associate Relations Advisor at H&R Block and as Director of Human Resources at New Theatre Restaurant, managing HR for a prominent venue.
