Jodi Loup

Jodi Loup serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at EXCEL USA since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading contract management processes and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Prior to this role, Jodi worked as Corporate Counsel at Bernhard LLC from September 2017 to October 2021, providing a wide range of legal services, including contract review and litigation support. Jodi's legal experience also includes positions as an Attorney with the Law Offices of R. Gray Sexton and an Associate Attorney with Crawford Lewis. Jodi began a legal career as a Law Clerk for the 23rd Judicial District Court. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and Bachelor of Civil Law from LSU Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
