Rod Clarkson

Rod Clarkson is the Chairman, CEO and Founder of Excel Education Systems. Rod has over 25 years of experience in the education and transportation industries.

Rod Clarkson began their career in the transportation industry, working their way up from Senior Operations Manager at Velocity Express to General Manager at Trimodal Inc. In 1999, they transitioned into the education industry as the CEO of E-Systems Technologies, a software design and e-marketing company that developed educational software and marketing campaigns.

In 2005, Clarkson founded Excel Education Systems, a leading provider of online education solutions. Under Clarkson's leadership, Excel Education Systems has grown to become one of the largest providers of online education solutions in the world.

Rod Clarkson has an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Northcentral University, an MBA in Management from Ashworth College, a Bachelor's in Marketing/Marketing Management from Ashworth College, and an Associate's in Management from the Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration. Rod is also certified from NALA as a NALA member in Pastoral Studies/Counseling.
