Ben Mycroft

Ben Mycroft is an experienced professional in real estate development, currently serving as the Director of Development at Excel Homes since January 2018. Prior to this role, Ben was the Project Director for Royal Bay Community Limited Partnership, overseeing land development and city approvals from February 2017 to January 2018. Previously, Ben held the position of Project Director at GWL Realty Advisors, managing the Royal Bay project, a large master-planned mixed-use community. Other notable positions include Director of Development at Keycorp Developments Ltd. and Development Manager at Three Point Properties LLP. Ben's career commenced with various internships at the BC Government, concentrating on land use planning and Geographic Information Systems. Educationally, Ben holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia and a B.Sc. with Distinction in Urban Geography from the University of Victoria.
