Sarika Desai

Sarika Desai is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as a Regional Quality Analyst, GM trainer, and Task Force Operation Support for Excel Hotel Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sarika held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Synergy Hotel Group from August 2018 to August 2022, and served as General Manager at La Quinta by Wyndham and Excel Hotel Group. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Sales Marketing/Operations Manager at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and Operations Manager at Evolution Hospitality. Sarika began a career in hospitality as Assistant General Manager/Director of Sales at Ramada by Wyndham after a tenure as a Teacher Assistant at Texas Tech University, where instruction was provided for Hotel Management classes.
