Mr. Motiwalla is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a highly respected professional in corporate India. He serves as a board member in several companies including Hitech Corporation Limited, Multibase India Limited, Balkrishna Paper Mills Limited, Ashapura Minechem Limited, LIC Mutual Fund Trustee Private Limited. He is also Chairman of the Audit Committee of several listed companies. Mr Motiwalla has been serving the Board since 2002.
