Nagaraj Hugar

Nagaraj Hugar is a seasoned professional in the construction and quality assurance industry with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Head of Quality at Excel Precast Solutions Pvt Ltd since June 2025, Nagaraj previously held the position of General Manager at Sobha Ltd. from June 2021 to January 2025. Prior to that, Nagaraj worked as Senior Manager QA QC at KATERRA and Puravankara Projects Limited, focusing on quality management and assurance processes. Earlier roles include Senior Manager QA/QC at Mantri Developers Pvt. Ltd., Manager Projects at Brigade Group, and Manager at Punj Lloyd Limited, where Nagaraj was responsible for quality inspections and record maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, both obtained from B V B College of Engineering & Technology, HUBLI.
